Sarah focuses on integrating with small businesses, typically those under 50 employees. Her approach is to understand your organization and to truly be a part of your team. She will keep you compliant, set structures to motivate and retain team members and work seamlessly with you to take the People Management off of your plate. Small businesses find that this is an extremely cost effective way to manage their teams and potentially stay out of court.

Sarah's motto is that People are your Organization's greatest asset. 

Jon has a knack for building internal operational systems that motivate teams, retain your top talent and allow you to grow effectively. Jon often works directly with clients to build these systems, as well as operating behind the scenes to build additional processes, assist with recruiting efforts, and build physical policies that support the overall management of your business.

Jon's motto is if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. 

Pamela has over 40 years of HR experience under her belt. As our Sr. HR Generalist, Pamela brings a wealth of information with HR legal and compliance, the best recruiting techniques as well as the capacity to build systems, motivate your team and to make sure you're getting the best out of your Humans.
