I'm Sarah, a Certified HR and Business Consultant, Life Coach and I have spent the past 10 years enhancing the sales teams, operations departments and HR departments of multimillion-dollar companies. My business consulting service has taken companies from having no HR department and a tight corporate team of 3 to some having over 20 corporate team members within a few years. 

The 2020 Pandemic taught many of us important lessons, and for me, it was to focus on what mattered. Personal and professional development, family and enjoying life again. I found an opportunity to start Zephyr and to share this hunger for growth with businesses in my Community. Helping companies and people grow is a passion, winning is the result. As an HR Consultant we have found the ability to increase revenue and our Organization can stand up to other consulting companies.

I have been working with team members for 20 years, from being a team member myself to leading teams, to being responsible for developing the corporate offices of multimillion-dollar organizations.
